Educational Qualifications
Candidates should have a graduate or postgraduate degree. Preference will be given to:
MSW
MA in Rural Development, Sociology, or Psychology
B.Sc. in Veterinary, Agriculture, or Horticulture
B.A. with B.Ed.
Experience and Skills
Candidates must have prior teaching experience and sound computer skills. Proficiency in English and local languages is essential.
Selection Process
Candidates will undergo:
1. Written Test
Assesses general knowledge and computer skills.
2. Personal Interview
Evaluates communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
3. Demonstration/Presentation
Tests teaching skills and training capabilities.
Salary Details
The selected candidate will receive:
Consolidated salary: ₹30,000 per month
Performance incentive: ₹2,000 monthly (up to ₹40,000 annually)
Conveyance allowance: ₹2,500 per month
Mobile allowance: ₹300 per month
